Communication

  • All communication will be via email, project management tools, or scheduled calls.

  • Regular progress updates will be shared throughout the project duration.

Revisions

  • We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions for each project phase.

  • Additional revisions will be charged based on an hourly rate or as per a separate quote.

Post-Launch Support

  • We offer 15 days of free support post-deployment to address minor bugs or fixes.

  • Ongoing maintenance or updates can be discussed under a separate maintenance contract.
